2. CREATOR PROTOCOL (INFLUENCERS)
    Access to the services provided via vouchinflu.com is a privilege, not a right. To maintain platform integrity,            Creators agree to:

• Mandatory API Authentication: You must authorize VOUCH to access your real-time data via Google/YouTube and Meta APIs.

• Exclusivity Benchmarks: VOUCH reserves the absolute right to terminate accounts that fall below our internal performance metrics.

• Prohibited Fraud: Any use of artificial metric inflation will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of any pending payments.
   

3. SPONSOR PROTOCOL (BRANDS/AGENCIES)
    Sponsors must represent legitimate business interests. By using vouchinflu.com, Sponsors agree to:

• Verification: VOUCH may require business registration proof before granting database access.

• Non-Circumvention: Sponsors are strictly prohibited from using VOUCH to identify a creator and then attempting to negotiate or pay that creator outside of the VOUCH infrastructure.
   

4. PAYMENTS & ESCROW
    To ensure "Exclusivity Without Exception," VOUCH operates under a strict protocol:

• Sponsor Deposits: Sponsors must deposit full campaign fees into the VOUCH secure account before work begins.

• Creator Payouts: Funds are released only upon verified completion of agreed-upon deliverables.

• Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, VOUCH acts as the final arbitrator. Our technical audit of the digital content is final.
   

5. THIRD-PARTY API COMPLIANCE
     VOUCH is built on the digital infrastructure of Google and Meta. By using vouchinflu.com, you agree to:

• YouTube: Users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Meta: Users must adhere to Meta Platform Terms.

• Liability: VOUCH is not responsible for outages or account bans initiated by Google or Meta.
   

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All proprietary algorithms, the "VOUCH" brand assets, and the UI/UX design found on vouchinflu.com are the        exclusive property of VOUCH.
 
7. TERMINATION & JURISDICTION

• Sunset Clause: VOUCH reserves the right to terminate any account at any time to protect the "Exclusivity" of the brand.

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
